About Me

Matthew L. Winton is a litigation and transactional lawyer licensed in Oklahoma and Texas. Since 2000, he has represented real estate developers, builders, condominium and homeowner associations, and real property owners on all matters relating to residential and commercial condominiums, homeowners associations, and related issues. His is a state-wide practice, assisting clients in urban, rural, and resort communities. He serves as general counsel to multitudes of commercial and residential condo and homeowners associations.

Matthew authored the Oklahoma Community Association Handbook, now in its third edition, and hosts a blog on community association issues at okhoa.blogs.com. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with distinction and awards and speaks extensively on community association law and issues to civic groups, organizations, attorneys, associations, and individuals across the State of Oklahoma.
